Could it really be that simple? What if it is, he hurts nothing to begin to monitor the emotional feedback segment of who we are and strive to keep it in the allowance realm. Certainly we all experience what can be called resistance or not feeling good emotions…life seems to give us that opportunity. However, be that is it may, we have another opportunity and it is to pivot our thoughts away from what doesn’t feel good to something that does. If it is an encounter with person, place or thing and it is presenting opportunities to move to the negative emotional side of things, then if possible disengage, or actually be up front and say something like, “This doesn’t feel good to me, can we move to another topic/subject,” or just somehow move within yourself to a “place” that is more peaceful…something.
