Choose Your Habits

Slightly rephrased, the above quote could have been almost directly lifted from Psycho Cybernetics.  Said another way, our present life is a manifestation of what we might call beliefs held – hence we can change that and hence change our life.  Perhaps not everything at once, but we can start the process by consciously starting to tell our story based on what we want our life to do and be…we know this, yet we need to begin for if we don’t do it consciously, past traditions of thought will take over.  What do you want to manifest in life?  Begin to infuse it as vividly as possible until it becomes a belief.  Use tools.  Use a treasure map.  Keep a journal.  Write and daily add to a list of things to appreciate.
