See the logic in this…if indeed everything is vibrationally based, then the times of focus we give to forcing action within a perceived sea of things that are wrong, bad, demanding, etc., is the focus that will bring more of the same into our environment in the form of person, place, event or thing. We get what we are focused upon, and this can change. Knew someone who almost prided herself in saying “same-O, same O” when asked the usual question, “How are you?” So, again she stirred around in this energy that already wasn’t happy – and guess what her life evidenced…the same junk and more of it. We are asked to spend time in dreaming and imagining, Mentally create environments of completion and then stay in that awareness for a while, at least eventually longer than time in fretting, worrying, and forcing activity and action that is definitely efforting. The ideal time to do it might be upon awakening, or at the start of the day that is marked by getting out of bed and then to take a moment to dream, imagine and embrace what is really wanted. If you are a very good worrier, it may take a little while to turn the ship of life’s experience around, but not as long as it took to paint the current picture. Start now…imagine, visualize…imagine, visualize, dream.
